Buffon lights up the XXIII University Games
After a ceremony at the PalaOlimpico, the XXIII University Games (Torino 2007) was last night declared officially open with our very own Gigi Buffon one of the stars of the show. It was a wonderful opening ceremony which saw several other great names from the world of sport and show business line-up along side the Bianconeri number one.
It’s now the turn of the 2700 athletes from 52 different nations to make Turin the capital of world sport once more right though to the 27th January.
