This is the best I could do, not a direct translation, but a personal interpretation of the text in a very squeezed fashion

Considering the modern world we live in today, the distances are virtually vanished. Traveling and communication are made relatively very easy. One of the by products of this globalization movement, is the birth of a concept referred to by sociologist as "third generation". Children fit in this category are often belong to parents with high educational level which are to travel for the benefit of their positions in their working environment.

These children are called "third generation", due to the fact that they have mixed their family cultural habits with the culture and habits of the new environment they are living in. To be more precise, the "third generation" children do not belong to any set generation. In other words, they are not bi-cultural children, but they are "third generation" kids which means a mixture of variety of cultures.

One of the characteristics of this generation kids is that, they can initiate communication with different cultures rather rapidly. Due to the fact that these kids are often on travel, they are very understanding of the situation of those who are going through the same life style. Another characteristic of these children is that they have more than one mother tongue!

There are few examples of these kids in the text which I am sure you know of such kids alot.
