Dear Persianhubers,

This is the first Persianhub gathering which is being coordinated by myself and few of my best friends.

When: Saturday, 24th of May, 2008
Where: A beautiful cottage by Seneca Lake / Upstate New York
Costs: Free!!

What is the event all about?

It is going to be a day event followed by a VIP night party. The night party is private due to the fact that we have a very limited amount of space. However, the day event is open to everyone. Our cottage has a 200feet lake frontage! This means a private beach for us to party! There are a lot of recreational activities we have in mind:

Beach volleyball

Ping pong table

Boating (we have a 12 feet rowboat, 2 canoes, and a huge inflatable boat)

Badminton

Fishing (you would need a license though)

Swing

Croquet

Swingball

Card games

Beach soccer

Frisbee

Dance!

And much more... (Wa Digar Hich )

On the other hand, we have a large picnic table outside with enough number of chairs. There is a beautiful fire pit by the beach as well.

The good part is that, you do not need to bring anything unless you really wanted to. We serve beer, liquor, juice, food, and snacks. The food is not an ordinary food, you will be enjoying home made Persian Kabab made to perfection! You might have to help with preparation. The party will be spiced up with good Persian music as well.

Please note, since this is an outdoor event, ladies are more comfortable to bring bikinis, and guys would need shorts

The weather is going to be amazing during mid May!

Another friendly note, we have a zero tolerance policy for drug use and underage alcohol consumption. You need to be 21 to drink!

How to get there?

Please contact me directly if you are interested to join us. Upon confirmation, the driving direction will be distributed on MAY 5th to those who are interested. We will also provide you with area attractions, hotels, resports and many other activities around the area if you are traveling from distance.
