UltimateBet Poker site sued $85 Million for showing player cards to cheaters!

Something that many people feared and suspected, is now a reality. A legitimate poker site cheating it's own players. UltimateBet.com, one of the top 10 online poker sites in the world, has been sued for 85 Million dollars for cheating.

Two high roller players who had lost repeatedly under suspicious circumstances, contacted a mathematician and expert in statistical calculations, to have a look at some of the statistics and hands played on UltimateBet. The results were shocking; some players were making killings beyond skills or luck. A player called 'NioNio' had been winning in such a rate, that statistically he would have greater chance to win a million dollar lottery 4 times in a row!

The new owners of UltimateBet confirm the incident but blame it on the old owners. It is believed that the cheaters had installed additional software (plugins) which allowed them to actually see the opponents cards! Since they had help from inside the company, the fraud had been going on for years without notice.
