ok ka this is what i could find
it is possible to put subtitles on the dvd file. u need to use a program called "ifoedit".
googled for it and here is the result, sure u'll find something usefull there:

ok.. u need to find a working sub for the dvdrip, then you need to get it synced using subtitle workshop or some other program like that..
then you need to convert it to dvd text format...
then you replace and reauthor in ifoedit.
if u want to add just one sub to the file then u might wanna jump over making the menu and all that, it makes it more complicated.

so this procces has 3 steps..
1 - subtitle workshop to sync..
2 - Srt2Sup to make it to the right format..
3 - final touches in ifoedit.
