man mikham beyne in 2 ta pc ye file/folder sharing dorost konam, jofte OS ha xp home hastan, groupwork ha mesle ham hastan, username/password ha roye jofte pc ha mesle ham hastan, dige ba windows wizard ham in karo kardam ke file ha share beshan, nashodan, ( yani anjam mishe vali folder ha beyne 2 ta pc ha connect nemishan). dige,,, netbios over tcp/ip ham ON hastesh, file, folder / printer sharing ham install e. ping ham mikonan ip haro az 2 taraf javab mide,
computere, ip ha. az jomle hastan.
1) 192.168.0.2
2) 192.168.0.3

right click kardam ro ye folder/file Sharing and security, tanzim kardam, va hamontor ke goftam, faghat ro hamon pc kar mikone, be on yeki connect nemishe,

Map Network ham emtehan kardam, VALI patho natonestam peyda konam, \\server\file peyda nemikard. ( fekonam ino eshtebahi kardam ya balad nabodam).

kholase age kasi mitone komak kone maro mamnon misham, step by step chi kar konam,
fekonam man step by step naraftam jelo...

i got the same thing at home.. without the router, which works nicely..
and with what u show here u have done what should be done, and it should work, and be able to find the shared folders.
the only diff in mine is that proxy ips are

192.168.0.1 (PC with internet) and
192.168.0.2 for the other pc

the tcp/ip for the Local Area Connection is:

IP Adress: 19.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway Mask is empty

on the other pc.. the TCP/IP is

IP Adress: 192.168.0.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default GatewayMask: 192.168.0.1

and the bottom half there is "Use DNS adress.." option, which i have put in the
DNS Servers IP (running windows 2003, had to do this since i had a little difficulty with the dns server)

the DNS Servers i get from running CMD and then ipconfig /all
then in the results u should see the ips.

with all this my little network works fine. if u have done all this and it still doesnt work, the it must be something in the router settings. (I think)

Network Places bebinin.
Mamolan "My Network Places" ro ke baz mikonin folder ha ro neshon namide, agar neshon nadad, just go to:

My Network Places/Entire Network/Microsoft Windows Network
and here u should see the name of your (GroupWork) Network.
I dont think u r doing anything wrong, but still cant figure out why it is not working, might be something to do with win xp (Win XP = Win Xtra Problem as they call it)

I'm going on a hunch here but maybe its because of the cables, what type of cables are you using to connect the pc's to the HUB ?

1. can u ping the other PC

2. do u have any password for the usernames, there is a GP for windows XP that does not allow file\printer sharing if the password is blank

3. your NTFS and Sharing Permissions

netbio over tcp/ip enable bod, az ro ye TCP/IP roye LAN ha, vali bazam ipconfig /all migreftam mizad disable ke yadam oftad, avala Dcom port 135 445 e man baz bod, ke man khodam manualy bastam, az roye rededit va Dcom program, in haro baz gozashtam ro hamon settings haye ke ghablan bod, port ha baz shod, services pack 2 firewallam on kardam, baraye incoming traffic, etc etc...
