Rules and Regulations and Tips on how to use the General Help Section

English: This thread is going to mention some guidelines for using the GCD (General Computer Discussions) section of the site, since this section has a more help and assist orientated feel to it therefore it cannot be used as other sections of the site so here are some tips and tools on how to better use this section and help other members.

No off topic posts: This is a help section not a chat room therefore no off topic posts are allowed

No redundant posts: Any post that are of no use either to the thread topic or the forum as a whole these post may be any of the following:

Replying with "I don't know and I can't help you" no one specially the person asking for help is interested in your lack of knowledge of the problem at hand, so if you can't help and don't know how to help then please don't help.

Replying 1 or 2 word posts or post with only smiley�s which are irrelevant to the topic at hand.

Posting a whole page of emotions in the thread. 1 = 100 The point of the smiley is to let the other person know what your expression is therefore there is no difference with posing 1 smiley or a 100, plus filing the page with smileys beside the fact that they are incredibly annoying specially in the Help section they also put pressure on the database and produce redundancy for both the server and the users this is a forum for EVERYONE not just you alone.

We reserve the right to delete any offtopic/redundant posts in any thread in the GCD section without any notice

Software: Try not to post software directly from other websites without their permission this will produce issues with other websites and webmasters - If someone is in need of a software try uploading the softwares on file hosting websites (such as http://qfile.de/ or YouSendIt - Send large files - transfer delivery - FTP Replacement) or your own ftp servers or websites and provide the correct link. If you can't to this feel free to either PM or e-mail the moderators or the operators of the website.

Clean Threads: Try to keep the Help section threads as clean as possible, having a clean and light thread will help with a better reference in the future for example if someone else in the future has a similar question the old threads can be used as a reference it would be much nicer if you can tell someone to read the first page of the given thread and not the 12th page.

The DO's and DONT's of posting a new thread in the GCD section:

DO's

Provide clear and readable information regarding the problem in the Subject line of the thread

Provide full information about the problem you are having if it is a computer problem (software/hardware) provide full detail Information about your system and applications

When you post a new thread at least give it a 1 to 2 day chance for people to reply Don't post a reply right after you post a thread DEMANDING for help and swearing at people, no one here is getting paid to answer your questions the ones that do answer are doing this because of their generosity so please have some respect for the other members.

State your problems clearly, if you can:

Provide screen shots

State a brief history of what you did before and after the problem accrued

What type of softwares did you install or uninstall

Provide full system information (your Operating system, browser, antivirus, firewall and etc.)

DONT's

Do not post threads with nonsense Subjects such as:

"Heeeeeeeeeeeelp", "Help Me", "In need of Help", "Please Help" and so on

Example:

When you start a thread specify your problem clearly with as much information as humanly possible.

"I have a problem there is a thing on my screen saying something which I don't know every time I load this thingy from my desktop"

قوانین: از زدن هر گونه پست یا ترید که بر خلافِ قوانینِ سایت میباشد و یا اینکه با مقررات سایت مغایرت دارد جداً خودداری کنید. برای اطلأت بیشتر به این ترید مراجعه کنید PersianHub Policy

جستوجو: قبل از اینکه تریدِ جدیدی رو باز کنید و در مورد مشکلتون صحبت کنید اول تریدهای قبلی GCD را بخوانید چون احتمالِ این هست که کسی قبل از شما مشکلِ شما یا مشکلی شبیه شما را داشته و جواب گرفته باشد.

پست های offtopic: این قسمت از سایت بیشتر جنبئه کمک رسانی و حل مشکلات دارد - Chatroom نیست - در نتیجه از زدن پست های Offtopic که هیچ ربطی به موضوع بحسِ ترید ندارند جداً خودداری کنید.

پست های غیره ضروری / بی خاصیت: هر پستی که هیچ نوع فائده برای موضوعِ ترید و یا خودِ فروم سایت در کل نداشته باشد:

جواب هایی از قبیل "من نمی دونم مشکلت چی هست نمیتونم کمک کنم" هیچ کس علاقه مند نیست که از کمبود اطلاعات و توانایی های شما مطلع باشد بخصوص آن کسی که به دنباله کمک میگردد, لذا خواهشمندیم از دوستان اگر نمی توانید کمک کنید و یا این که بلد نیستید که کمک کنید, پس لطفاً کمک نکنید.

جواب دادن به ترید با پست های 2 یا 3 کلمه ای که به هیچ عنوان در مورد سرفصل ترید نمی باشد و به کسی کمک نمی کند - به قول خودمون مسخره بازی –

پر کردن پست با emotion و smiley . هیچ فرقی بین 1 بار زدن و 100 بار زدن وجود نداره، این قبیل پست زدن ها نه تنها آزاردهنده هستند به خصوص برای کسی که به دنبال کمک هستش، بلکه این نوع پست ها به Database فشار وارد می کند و ایجاد مشکل برای جفت کاربرهای سایت (مخصوصاً کسانی که از سرعت اینترنت کمتری برخوردارهستند) و خودِ Server می کند. فروم برای همگان است نه فقط یک نفر.

کلیۀ حقوق در رابطه با پاک کردنِ پست های offtopic به دونه اطلاعه قبلی و ثانویه در قسمت GCD محفوظ می باشد.

نرم افزار: سعی کنید ازلینک دادن مستقیم به وب سایت های دیگر بدون اجازۀ آنها جلوگیری کنید، این مسئله باعث به وجود آمدن یک سری مشکلات و مسائل با سایت های دیگر و webmaster های آنجا می شود. در صورتِ این که کسی به دنبال نرم افزار و یا برنامۀ خاصی هست سعی کنید فایل ها رو، روی وب سایت های hosting و sharing (مانند http://qfile.de یا YouSendIt - Send large files - transfer delivery - FTP Replacement ) و یا انکه روی ftp یا website مطلق به خودتون upload کنید، اگر از پس این کار بر نمی آیید به یکی از operator های سایت PM بدین.

ترید های تمیز: از کاربران عزیز خواهش میشه که تا حدالامکان در زدن ترید های تمیز و همینطور در تمیز نگه داشتن انها تلاش لازم رو به عمل آورند. داشتن ترید های تمیز در آینده روجوع کردن به آنها روآسان تر میکنه در نتیجه کمک کردن به دیگران رو با کیفییت ترمی کنه. خیلی زیباتره که اگر کسی سؤال یا مشکلی داشت بشه بهش گفت که صفحۀ 1 (ترید مورد نظر) رو بخونه نه صفحۀ 12.

مهیا کردنِ اطلاعات کامل وخوانا در موردِ مشکلی که دارین مخصوصاً در قسمت موضمع (Subject ) ترید.

مهیا کردنِ اطلاعات کامل وخوانا مخصوصاً اگرمشکل کامپوتری یا نرم افزاری می باشد. تقاضا می شود که اطلاعات کامل در مورد سیستم و کاربردتون در اختیاربقیه بگذارید در هنگامه تریر زدن.

هنگامی که ترید جدیدی رو زدین حداقل 1 تا 2 روز فرصت بدین که به سؤال شما جواب داده بشه, بعد از ترید زدن تندی نرید پست بزنید که چرا کسی جواب نداده یا اینکه شروع به بد و بی راه گفتن به کسی کنید, کسانی که در اینجا به سؤالات شما جواب میدن (اعم از مسئولین و غیرمسئولین سایت) پولی دریافت نمی کنن اگر هم کاری انجام میدن از روی نیت خیر و سخاوت مندی خودشونه که این کار و انجام میدن به همین خاطر سعی کنید احترام خودتون و بقیه اعضأ و کاربرهای سایت رو نگه دارید .

مشکل تون رو کامل بیان کنید, اگر می تونید:

نبایدها

از زدن ترید های بدرد نخور و بی معنی جداً خودداری کنید, ترید های مانند:

"کممممممممممممک", "کمکم کنید", "تروخدا کمک کنید", "جون مادرت کمک کن ..."

مثال:

وقتی که ترید رو می زنید مشکل رو تا آنجا که امکان داره کامل توضیح بدین و سعی کنید مشخصات کامل درموردش ارائه بدین

"من یک مشکلی دارم, یک چیزی رو صفحم میاد, یک چیزی میگه, که من نمی دونم چیه, وقتی این چیزَ رو که اینجاست باز می کنم "
