i have uninstalled my previous version of norton and ever since i try to download the new one it keeps giving me fatal errors and i cant dl any active X from symantec

guys what do i have to do. i have tried a billion time and still the same

if anyone can help me

yeah i did read it and i keep renaming to old-symantec but still fatar error mide

Try deleting all the files in the Windows Temporary folder before starting a new installation,
