do you have access to WAP/WEB on your cell phone?
if yes then all you need to do is uploading your content to some web space and try to download them trough your cell phone's WAP/WEB browser

P.S. you can get a USB Bluethooth adapter from ebay for probably less than 5 dolars

true, and it can also be tricky to transfer files trough WAP/WEB depending on cell phone capabilities

the best option I can thing of is getting a USB Bluethooth adapter, it's cheap, unlike your-cell-phone's data cable you can use it with other bluethooth devices and it's wireless
