I'm sorry if I ask too much, but I still don't understand how to use it.

If something is dark blue or livid can I use Kabood to describe this? Or is it just a word used in phrases?

Can I say: Mashinam Kaboode? (my car is dark blue)

does it make sence? is it understandable?

or would it be a bit silly because it is a poetic word that doesn's fit the situation? but still understandable. ---this is my guess

so the translation would be:

dark blue, livid (poethic) ?

The only meaning of this "kabood" that is commonly used is: "he hit me, my arm is kabood!" Hassan explained it earlier! The other meanings are "written language" and are used for poems and stories, as hassan said.

ok now it is crystal clear for me! Thank you guys!

I really like the poethic words of farsi, these words dont exist in swedish, english or german and I really like to learn them. Maybe they can't be used in normal conversation but they can be used when you joke with friends, it is like an extra dimension to the language.

next word:

خوش ادا

ادا means gesture?

so خوش ادا means someone with nice movement? If i see a girl who walkes very sexy and femenin can I use this word to describe how she moves?

is this correct?

hmmmmmmmm may be,
"khosh" means something good, pleasant
"ada" means attitude

you can use it when she is trying to charm you
"khosh ada" or "delroba" or "afsoongar" means "charmer"

hmm I don't find "adaa" meaning attitude in any dictionary

this is the sentence:

دختر ایرونی بلای من یار خوش ادای من

are you still sure it is "charmer" or "person with pleasant attitude"?

Can i say "bad adaa" meaning someone with bad attitude?

Is "adaa" not "gesture"?

adaa even means "funny face"

like if she is making her self "loos" you can say "adaa dar nayar"

but its more about attitude and how she threats you
