Networks and Internet --> Network Connections --> Local Area Connection (Right Click) --> Properties --> Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) (Right Click) --> Check Obtain IPv6 Address Automatically & Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically --> OK
[Do the same for Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)]

man fekr konam yek virusi chizi hast vali antivirus chizi peyda nakardeh, shaayad malware hast..nemidoonam vallah.

How to restore Windows XP to a previous state

turn on hidden files and search for >>> setupapi.log (typically in C:\windows)
open with notepad (large text file)
all events have date/time stamps ....... got to the end of text and read back to when all was good ........ see if there is any "install" activity that looks out of the ordinary.

hadaf az in kar ine ke age chizi khodesho install karde va ma khabar nadarim, momkene inja rade pa gozashte bashe.

again, this is NOT a solution and just a step in troubleshooting. for the most part, what you would see in this log is driver installation activities. at this juncture, however, mese oon turke mimoone ke goftan age vasate oghianoos ye koose oftad donbalet chikar mikoni? goft az derakht miram bala. bad ke goftan oonja derakht nist, goft, chikar konam chareh nadaram.
hala ma ham inja khastim az derakht berim bala
