Assyrians, Kurds and Arabs in Iraq

Today I had a chance of doing little bit of research on Assyrians and history of Iraq

It seems since the defeat of Persian Empire, Arabs used to migrate to "Eraak" meaning lower Iran in Persian, "Eragh" as Arabs call it which was actually the home country of Christian Assyrians? and throughout the history it became as an Arab state after Britons divided the lands after WW1 which back then Iraq was under ruling of Turkish Ottoman Empire

Now after so many years U.S. is planning to give a land to Kurds and Arabs leaving out Assyrians, which I think is another mistake

By the way I don't know much about Kurds even though I had a lot of Kurd friends I never had a chance to have a serious discussion expect them suggesting they have invented almost anything we know are Persian Invention such as Backgammon, which we used to play a lot lol
