What's Your New Year's Resolution?

A new year's resolution is almost a tradition, we start by reflecting on our lives, and specially the year that's past. Soon we find things we want to fix, improve, or avoid in the future:

"I want to lose some weight, I want to save more money, I want to stop smoking, I want to spend more time with my family, ..."

After all, life is about changes, and starting a new year is a great time for new challenges and improvements.
